The Willard Homewood/Hay Neighborhood is made up of a large area in North Minneapolis that lies between West Broadway and Highway 55 (Olson Memorial Highway); and from Theodore Wirth Parkway to Penn Avenue North.
Upper Willard Homewood/Hay, or UWHO, lies between Golden Valley Road and West Broadway and Theo Wirth Parkway and Penn Avenue North (Willard Hay is north of 23rd, Willard Homewood is south of 23rd). Our neighborhood organization is for Block Club Leaders and residents within this geographic area. We also welcome those that have an interest in the challenges, celebrations, successes, and activities we demonstrate.
